방식을 개선해 달라고 요구했다고 합니다.

이에 따라 대통령실에서는 방송통신위원회와 산업통상자원부의 KBSTV 수신료를 분리해서

징수하라고 권고했는데요. 지금처럼 전기요금의 TV 수신료를 함께 징수하지 말고 따로

납부할 수 있도록 하 하는 것입니다.

이렇게 되면 현재 전기요금의 TV 수신료가 함께 포함되어 사실상 의무적으로 납부하고 있고

수신료를 3개월 이상 내지 않으면 전기가 끊길 수도 있지만 분리 징수가 이루어지면 수신료

납부를 강제할 수단이 없다고 합니다.

2019년 기준 KBS 예산에서 인건비가 차지하는 비율이 3분의 1이 넘는다는 것입니다.

전체 직원 가운데 억대 연봉자가 절반 가까이 차지하고 이 억대 연봉자 가운데에 보직이 없는

사람이 1500명이 넘는다고 합니다. 타 방송사와 비교해도 월등히 높은 수치인데요. 내가 낸 티비

수신료가 공익을 위해 투명하게 쓰이고 있는지 의문이 생기게 되는 부분입니다.

한국전력공사 123이나 KBS 수신료 콜센터 1588 ~ 1801으로 전화하셔서 수신료 면제 신청

아파트에 사시는 분들은

관리사무소의 티비 수신료를 해지하겠다고 하면, 각 관리사무소 방침에 따라 티비 미설치

가구임을 증명한 후 비치된 신고서 작성하시면 됩니다.

티비 미설치 기간에도 티비 수신료를 지불했다면,

환불을 요청할 수 있으니 이 점도 참고하시기 바랍니다.

만약 티비가 있는데, TV 수신료를 해지하게 되면 직원 방문 등 확인 절차를 통해 적발되어 차후
